THERE IS LOT TO LEARN.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Find out the potential in yourself and your team mates. There are many things unknown to oneself. Discover those, create value out of it. Work with integrity and unity, this is when you discover most of the things.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> THIRD PERSON CAN ALSO APPRISE YOU OF YOURSELF.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Always be jovial natured, not because you need it but others may need it. A pinch of chafing mixed with candor adds to the productivity. A bit of chaffing cools the environment.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> SOMETIMES FOLLY MAKES JOLLY.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Having a group discussion with your mates not only helps to deal with the situations but also grooms you and others. Different insights to a particular situation help to take better decisions.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> DISCUSS.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Don’t take too much of work load, it will reduce your productivity. A person with free mind can give more fruitful and efficient results then in stress. Take out some time for yourself and see the difference.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> WORK CAN WAIT.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Don’t lose your focus and be clear of what you are going at. There are lots of distractions out there. Focus adds to quality of your work.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> QUALITY GIVES YOU MORE THAN QUANTITY.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Do not always find fault in the situation. These things are done by normal people. You are different. Embrace the problem and come up with the solution. There is a solution, that’s why there is a problem, not the other way around.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> PROBLEM EXISTS BECAUSE OF ITS SOLUTION.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Whatever it may takes, always come up with an idea or principle after a mental effort. It will help you in long run. Properly decided thing males it easier to cope with the situation.<\/p>\n Remember:<\/strong> DEVISE PROPERLY, GROW STEADILY.!!<\/em><\/p>\n Yes, this is the foremost requirement. Have complete confidence in you devised plans. You are the only one who knows and can extend the plans.
